Wars, earthquakes and famines are not signs of the end

in the late 1960s and early 1970s, i wrote my study, 1914 and all that.

in it, i stated that at matthew 24 jesus warned his followers against seeing wars, earthquakes and famines as being signs.

i have not wavered from that position, which i have given in my posts here at times.. .

I like how you quote what I wrote and yet make no attempt to refute the argument, but just plow ahead with your own version of doomsday prophecy.

Why should we take your word that he meant this or that over the direct words of the man himself?; your own admitted master/Lord or whoever you claim Jesus to be?

He said that a Generation that seeks for a sign is "Wicked" and the worse of the two I suppose "Twisted".

Why then would a slave or follower of him seek/look/obsess for/over signs?

If you are referring to where Jesus said that this wicked generation will recieve no sign except the sign of Jonah then I can explain the meaning. I am able to explain the meaning of any scripture with help from above....GOD.

Those that follow the signs that Christ put forth are in anticipation of his arrival. So it is righteous to look for signs that were put forth. Those that do are blessed by knowing that Christ is knocking at their doors. What this means is that Jesus and the 12 will once again preach the "Good News" of the Kingdom of GOD once more when Christ arrives along with his angels.

The sign of Jonah is "Forgiveness" where the people of Ninevah repented after knowing GOD was giving them warning.

And it is "true" there are multiple fulfillments of prophecy in different times, and even in the same time. The W.T.S. is well versed in scripture and so are its followers. GOD will reward them as well as set their thinking straight.......

I am not gay truly, and I have been mistaken as such just because I stay fit and dress properly.I can post another photo but they are all pretty much similar. I am 48 years old but no one believes that anyway so what can I say? I am a photographer and musician/recording artist so my photos are used for promo. I am all things to all people you might say.

I am older but younger. I am male with compassion of the female. I am kind but fierce. I am peacable but will battle (in a real fight) and of course a spiritual battle. I love children and elderly just the same as male and female.

I would say GOD took everything into account when I was chosen so that I can relate to all people.......

Forget all of this nonsense about Matt 24 because at the very most, it only has application for the Jews and Jewish system that came to its end in 70 CE. Any further application is purely a fanciful trip of the human mind on mushrooms.

Why don't you Fundy's just take a breath?

Why would a man who condemned people (a generation actually) who sought signs as "wicked" and "twisted" and then turn around and provide just such a sign for a future generation?

THE ALMIGHTY GOD is The Alpha and The Omega who has written a book about our beginning and our end. The end of the world as GOD sees it not as humans upon the earth teach. Many of the prophecies that Jesus gave us in the book of Revelations depicts mens wars. GOD is not going to destroy all that HE created and is why Jesus takes over the planet earth. Jesus is known as the savior of mankind, not the destroyer.

What Jesus foretold in the book of Matthew spoke about the "final end" right before Jesus takes over the planet earth as King. So it does not refer to the time in 70 C.E. What Jesus foretold actually describes what occurred against those in the Middle East. They were put into prison, they hated one another, they were attacked by a nation claiming to be Christian therefore were hated on account of Jesus name. Readthe book of Matthew again and compare it to the facts surrounding the events in the Middle East. Read chapter 12 of Revelations and compare it to the same events as well. It will then make perfect sense as to the application of prophecies.......

The 1611 KJV used Iehovah as the divine name at Psalm 83:18. Later, I/J began to be differentiated in English. Languages do evolve, as our own individual speech reflects. The Creator is honored when we use our intelligence the way he intended, whichever variation of the divine name you prefer. The Creator does NOT however like His words to be twisted. Let the Creator be found true, despite the controversies intended to cloud the reality of His Universal Sovereignty.

I am familar with the name but some disagree as to the four letters YHWH. Some believe it is YHVH....Think of the name in this way:

The Y chromosome is the sex-determining chromosome in most mammals, including humans. How do you know it does not make reference to the creation? In the beginning GOD create male and female, or the Y as in the first letter of the disgnation for GOD. He is known for certain as the I AM correct? Or do you disagree?

well if that is a proof that the end will come then what about all those centuries where bible readers were saying the end is near did it come for their generations?

How else would you write it so that everyone in different times such as B.C. or before Christ would somewhat understand it? Perhaps you have a better way of doing so. Or maybe you think you are above GOD and His ability to put forth a "holy bible".......how many "holy bibles" have you written?

What type of fruit did Adam and Eve eat in the garden of eden? I am certain that you are not even aware that it was not a literal fruit that they ate. Or can you explain how there could even exist a tree of the knowledge of good and bad? Where do you find such a tree?

How simple and direct are the "Ten Commandments" ? Pretty straight forward if you ask me.

Allow me to summarize if I may:

GOD created humans with the intent of allowing us to have free will for a period of time. He gave us instruction and left us alone to see how we managed. Things get out of hand and therefore GOD finds it necessary to correct our way of thinking. Hence, books of the bible were given throughout various periods of time accordingly.

Men choose to kill out of free will, they choose to build weapons, be selfish, be lustful, and the list goes on. So GOD acts accordingly until His time to take over approaches which has already begin.......

So if man creates nucleur weapons and along with that the wicked spirits in the heavens inspire and coerce man, GOD acts accordingly in order to preserve what HE owns, not any of His creation. GOD owns everything in existence.......

I have been asked this many times to see what would make most sense. Why, Estephan, do you think the spirits including satan, the father of all that is wicked choose to rebel? In my own thinkink I would have no idea or even the slightest clue. Who would rebel against all that is good? So this answer was placed before me to ponder over:

Satan and those that chose to follow satan say that they did not choose to come into existence or be created. And GOD's reply is that it is simple for GOD to remove them from existence without even feeling any emotions, or even know that it is taking place. So no fear whatsoever will even cross their minds. Their reply is that now that they exist they prefer to continue living, but not by GOD's rule or under HIS law. GOD's reply is that there is no other righteous way to exist beside HIS law, and that HE will prove it to them. So the law went forth to allow all creation to exist with free will. GOD then put forth parameters in which the demons could act wickedly and if no parameters were put forth, they would have chose to wipe out everything that GOD created.

So who of you can even begin to question THE ALMIGHTY in all of His Wisdom and Knowledge? That is why I came to be and was chosen. I chose to allow GOD to guide me, and HE did and has.......amen

I have been around for many years, and if I could post all of my topics I would. You can see how it all developed and how it all came to pass. What makes more sense that Jesus took his throne in 1914 and it has taken him this long to fulfill GOD's promises? That would be a slap to his face as it does not take that long to accomplish.......

one who, like the rest of us, answers to Jehovah for our sins.

Everyone answers to GOD for their sins, and I have been first in line for this in all the entire planet earth. How is it we all pay for the sins of our fathers even if we are completely innocent? Is is righteous for me to pay for what my father did, or is there a specific meaning to it? If our parents fail to teach us to refrain from drinking too much alcohol and we become drunkards, we then pay for their sins or their lack of instruction to us. Sin means we are without law, and if our parents do not instruct us according to the law we are sinners as well. A newborn child is born a sinner because they are without knowledge of the law. Jesus was sinless because his Father was with him since the very first moment Jesus came to be.

The Fathers Name is not Jehovah, or even any name He is called in all the entire earth. He is The Heavenly Father for a certainty and also our GOD. If you were to call GOD a name would not Yehovah make more sense if His son was Yeshua? Therefore it is better to refer to Him as Heavenly Father like Jesus did, or even GOD.
